Fr# 123. Plate# E2/2. Although this note is graded 53 AU there are no obvious distractions and it has also been warranted the EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality) by PMG. Beautiful paper surfaces, fantastic eye appeal and lovely color displaying on seal and serial numbers. No rips, tears or pin holes. A very solid example. This type has always proved the stopper, not only for the price but even more so for its scarcity. In 1923 the $10 United States Note was redesigned with a portrait of Andrew Jackson. This was the last large size Ten Dollar note issued prior to the introduction of small size.
