This is the only AU55 graded with 3 higher 1 Each CU62, CU63 & CU64. 1890 Large Brown Seal with Ornate Back Treasury Notes are Rare in all grades & are seldom offered on Ebay. 1890 Treasury notes were created as a result of the Sherman act & are a true one year issue. They were replaced by their much more common 1891 counterparts the following year. Treasury notes are also refered to as "Coin Notes" because they were redeemable in Gold or Silver coin at the Treasury's discression.
