Description  This Gold Crystal Nugget with quartz came from my trip in  Alaska , it was found in an area called Fridays Creek in Alaska up the Knik River which is outside of Palmer Alaska  ( see map & pictures )  it was found while we were mining on the Side of a hill,  a huge side of a hill with Quartz,  in which we were in a hole surrounded with several quartz bolders and we found this one and several others with some friends , WE HIT THE MOTHER LODE.  you can fly in to pick it up or drive in . thanks   We call this nugget   The Alaskan King !!!! The alaskan King is 4" x 3"-1/ 4 x 1 " thick , the king is over 1 pound ,        1 pound   3.1 oz        which is   17.1troy oz Some of the pictures are enlarged to show the detail , some are not The King is all crystal with some other types of gold attached , leaves, branches & with crystals formed everywhere on the nugget.This nugget is  Very Bright Yellow-buttery Brilliant color .
